Kidney disease is very serious because it can lead to life altering dialysis if not stopped or maybe even reversed. The is a large diet component to treating or even reversing kidney failure.
Eat whole food
Cut out animal protein
Don’t consume free fructose in processed foods
Whole fruit only – limit 2 whole fruits per day or 1 cup berries and 1 fruit
Eat vegetables (lots), whole grains, beans, nuts, seeds
Maybe take a medication – Allopurinol to keep your uric acid below 7 at least.
Read for average person with beginnings of kidney disease. Keep creatinine below 1.0

face (eyes, nose, mouth) – ears out of water. Hold five seconds. Lift face out of sink. Blow nose. Repeat 5 times. One to
two time per day. Especially beginning of cold.
